How does the free trial work?
After starting a 30-day trial, you will get immediate access to LeadDyno and the features included in the plan you are trialing. All aspects of your free trial account (like your commission plans, affiliates, and any customizations you made) will be carried over at the end of your trial to your paid account.
How do you support onboarding?
We offer free 1:1 configuration calls with dedicated LeadDyno specialists to help connect your account and make sure your setup matches your program requirements. We can also help with transfering data if you’re switching platforms.
Can LeadDyno import my affiliates from Impact?
Yes. You can upload your full affiliate list (including emails, names, and existing affiliate codes) directly into LeadDyno. Our team can also assist with more complex bulk imports if needed.

Can LeadDyno support the same commission structure I use in Impact?
Yes. LeadDyno supports fixed and percentage payouts, recurring commissions, lifetime commissions, and product-based rates with a simpler setup than Impact. LeadDyno also includes commission options that Impact doesn’t directly provide, such as MLM structures and tiered incentives that integrate with your affiliate management tools. For programs that need more extensive customization, LeadDyno’s REST API makes it easy to broaden your tracking and attribution without the extra configuration that comes with Impact’s complex design.
Who should use LeadDyno?
LeadDyno is a powerful affiliate marketing software for ecommerce brands, SaaS businesses, and anyone that wants to increase their marketing program revenue.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Certainly. If you ever feel that LeadDyno isn't suitable for your needs, you have the option to visit your settings in the app and cancel your account. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will be closed. Shopify users will need to uninstall LeadDyno from within Shopify to cancel their account. Please be aware that according to our Terms of Service, all charges are non-refundable. If you cancel after being billed for the month, you won't receive a reimbursement for that particular month.
