After starting a 30 day trial, you will get immediate access to LeadDyno and the features included in the plan you are trialing. All aspects of your free trial account (like your commission plans or any customizations you made) will be carried over at the end of your trial to your paid account.

Your credit card will automatically be charged at the end of your 30 day trial (unless you cancel before your trial ends) and your paid plan commences at that time with no impact to your account settings or any configuration you’ve done during your trial.

We'll charge you monthly based on your chosen plan.

If you hit a feature limit within your plan, we will alert you in app and will send you an email so you can determine if moving to the next plan may make more sense for your business needs.

Certainly. If you ever feel that LeadDyno isn't suitable for your needs, you have the option to visit your settings in the app and cancel your account. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will be closed. Shopify users will need to uninstall LeadDyno from within Shopify to cancel their account. Please be aware that according to our Terms of Service, all charges are non-refundable. If you cancel after being billed for the month, you won't receive a reimbursement for that particular month.

Of course. If, at any time, you decide to upgrade to a higher plan, or downgrade to a lower plan, all you have to do is visit the plan screen within LeadDyno and upgrade or downgrade to the plan size that’s right for you.
