Welcome to What’s New in LeadDyno October edition! We hope you’ve been getting the most out of the Purchase reporting screen. We were busy the month of October working on some key updates, and we’re excited to share them with you here.
What's New in LeadDyno
Here’s what we’ve been getting ready for you this October:
- Improved Search
- Customers Reporting Screen
- New Chargbee Integration
Improved Search
Been struggling to find what you’re looking for? With LeadDyno’s new and improved search, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for, and a whole lot quicker.

With enhanced search capabilities, you can now search between people (affiliates, customers, leads) and purchases (including cancellations). So with only a first name, last name, email address, or purchase ID, you’ll find the information you need.
Psssst…this is a first step in improvements to search and we have more in store down the road, including advanced search capabilities.
Customers Reporting Screen
Liked what you saw on the new Purchase reporting screen? We sure hope so because we’ve got more coming your way!

This is the continuation of an overhaul relating to our reporting functions that we know you’ve been asking for.
Last month you saw a new ‘Reporting’ section in the left hand menu and we introduced the Purchase screen. To continue with the overhaul relating to our reporting functions we would like to introduce you to the new Customers reporting screen. There are a few things that we’d love to point out to you.
Where are Customers Coming From?
Now you’ve got a view into which new customers are driven by affiliates, and how all your sources driving new customers compare. While you have the “Affiliates Only” toggle on, you’ll be able to see the total number and percentage of new customers driven by affiliates (based on the date range you set), you can also turn the toggle off and see a broken down version of which customers came from your affiliates, direct from your site, or came from other sources (i.e. such as manually entered or from campaigns).
But How Does it Stack Up?
If you’re a visual learner, the Customer reporting graph is your new best friend. It allows you to compare the overall new customers and the new customers driven by your affiliate program.
Don’t stop there, you can follow along the lines of the graph to compare the total number of new customers brought by affiliates at a specific point in time.
Speaking of specific points in time, similar to the Purchase screen, you can set your date range and have it follow you through the whole screen and into the export. So you can keep focused on the dates that matter most to you.
The Nitty Gritty
Don’t worry, you still have the ability to search and filter by sources using the “source” dropdown. We have also added columns for the first and last names of your customers.
Something else we suspect you might be interested in, we have now added the lifetime value (LTV) of each customer. Gain quick visibility into the source driving your customers with the highest LTV. We hope you’ll find this most useful!
Exporting
Export all the details you need including all the fields in the table and also additional key fields such as first seen, last seen, and when they converted from a lead to a customer.
Chargebee Integration

For those who aren’t familiar, Chargebee is a leading subscription billing software that powers end-to-end recurring billing, subscription management & auto invoicing. For those using Chargebee, we are thrilled to offer an extended integration, helping you automate lead tracking, and affiliate compensation for purchases made via Chargebee.
So ya, we’ve been busy, and we have plenty more updates coming your way in November. As always, if you have feature requests or feedback on our current features, please send us an email to [email protected]. We’d really love to hear from you.
